How and when did you get started in Real Estate?

Raised in a real estate family, Rachel got an early start getting licensed thirteen years ago and purchased her first property when she was twenty five. During this time, she has collectively purchased, owned, and sold five properties with her husband. She can personally attest that no transaction is the same and that being positive and mentally prepared is the best attitude to get you to where you want to be.

What do you enjoy most about working in real estate?

"It is always a pleasure to make a first time home buyers dream a reality. Working with Janet Dolber, I have had the honor of being introduced to working with veterans from the referrals we receive from Veterans United. Many veterans that we work with are making their first home purchase. The experience they have shared in serving our country only drives me that much more to assist in their path to home ownership."

Why should a client work with you?

" One of the many great things about working on a team, is that we have the opportunity to devote and share our strengths in different ways, as well as evolve and learn from one another. It also allows the client to have multiple people working for them which is an added comfort to their success. At this moment, we are working with sellers, buyers, veterans as well as assisting in selling a 66 unit new construction development in Uxbridge."

What are your accomplishments?

Rachel brings with her, a history of outstanding client service and has developed a unique and close insight to helping her clients overcome challenges confidently, while providing them solutions. Rachel launched a professional organizing and staging business that assisted busy professionals, families, and retirees in need of residential organizing and home staging services. Her list of clients included a local real estate business, where she was hired to maximize the efficiency of the office and the owners home. This afforded him the ability to enhance productivity, sales, and grow his personal income properties. Rachel's client attests that his added success would not have happened without her.
Now our Team's clients get the added benefit of having an organizing and staging resource at little to no cost!

In 2016, Rachel supported her husband to take on a job assignment that required them to relocate to Florida, as well as walk away from the life long roots they built in Massachusetts. Determined to make it work, Rachel took this opportunity to take a step back and immerse herself in all her creative interests she had yet to devote any real time on. Rachel took on a part time job as a design consultant for a modern furniture store and made the decision with her husband to purchase and revitalize a historic craftsman bungalow in Orlando, Florida.

In 2018, Rachel's husband was given the opportunity to return to Massachusetts and Rachel was quickly offered to work in Real Estate and join the Dolber Team. Janet Dolber is recognized as one of Berkshire Hathaway's top brokers as well as being one of Rachel's life long mentors.
Rachel has the passion to help dreams become a reality and believes that her success is to help others get what they need to realize their success. Rachel prides herself on accountability, attention to detail and personal service to build lasting and lifelong relationships.
