Allen Quinn is a third generation Real Estate Broker headquartered in Maynard, Massachusetts, with over 11 years continuous active real estate experience and a lifetime of acquired knowledge of the industry and local markets. Since beginning his real estate career in the early 2000's Allen has worked with many different facets of real estate, including commercial sales, leasing and tenant relations, residential and luxury home marketing, relocation marketing assistance, short sales, estate sales, and investment properties. He has built a broad base of knowledge throughout the market and has garnered national recognition and won numerous awards as a leader in the industry, particularly in the technology segment.
As the Regional Manager overseeing the Concord, Lexington, Maynard, Newton and Norwood branches of Berkshire Hathaway HomeService N.E. Prime Properties Allen oversees the day to day operations of over 40 sales professionals, providing them with coaching, support, direction, training and mentorship.
Allen also oversees the marketing and technology departments of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices N.E. Prime Properties, where he focuses on brand and data security compliance, as well as analyzing and correcting workflow processes to create a seamless, efficient and transparent transaction process for agents, managers and consumers alike.
