Patrick began his real estate career in 1995, starting in sales and progressing to sales manager, a capacity he has successfully fulfilled for 15 years. Patrick has achieved an annual average of over 47 closed transactions, a total sales volume exceeding $241 million, many elite sales awards, and top-5-percent placement at the international real estate firm that began his career.
Formerly, Patrick was a private-practice family therapist and holds a master's degree in counseling psychology with credits toward a clinical psychology PhD.
